Halleck Creek Ranch, a nonprofit therapeutic riding program located in Nicasio, CA, is seeking a full-time Site Manager for its Old Rancheria campus. The Site Manager supports daily program operations by carrying out responsibilities across key areas including therapeutic riding instruction, instructor and volunteer supervision, program coordination, and collaboration with equine and facilities teams to ensure safe, high-quality services for people with disabilities.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of riding and horsemanship experience, experience working with individuals with disabilities, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work outdoors and remain physically active throughout the day, including lifting up to 40 lbs. Compensation includes a competitive salary ($68,000–$72,000), health insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and mentorship toward PATH Intl. CTRI certification. Weekend work is required.
