Hello! I am seeking a barn apartment, studio, ADU, private room or RV spot rental on a quiet horse property. I am 25 and moving to the bay area to be close to aging family, but I'm not a city person so I'm seeking housing in the surrounding south/east bay area. I am a student at the London College of Animal Osteopathy with 16+ years of horse experience (6 professional) and a keen eye for abnormal behavior and injury. I will do chores for reduced rent. I can also provide excercising, posture development, and trail training for up to two horses per day. I employ both positive and negative (annoying not pain-based) reinforcement. I am an intermediate barefoot trimmer. I have a very mild-mannered very large, lazy orange cat who has been socialized to other animals and has never shown any sign of aggressive or bullying behavior.
