Private barn, owner on site. Full care with unlimited premium hay. Each horse has a large stall, 12x24 pipe paddock and at least 1/4 acre pasture. Full year around dressage court and round corral. Specialized in longevity for retirees. Board is less for folks that come out and do basic care for their horse occasionally.
