Help Wanted – Full-Time Ranch Maintenance Position
The Ranch in Gilroy is looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our team full-time as a Ranch Maintenance Worker.
If you enjoy working outdoors, being around horses, and taking pride in keeping a property looking its best, this may be a great fit for you.
Job Duties May Include:
General ranch maintenance and repairs
Fence repair and upkeep
Grounds maintenance and weed control
Arena dragging and ranch road maintenance
Irrigation repairs and maintenance
Operating tractors and other ranch equipment
Light construction and improvement projects
Keeping barns, arenas, and common areas clean and well maintained
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Is dependable and shows up ready to work
Can work independently and solve problems
Has experience with maintenance, ranch work, landscaping, construction, or equipment operation (preferred but not required)
Is comfortable working outdoors year-round
Can safely operate a tractor or is willing to learn
