Super Duper, Sweet and Wonderful horses for half-lease

Two different horses, like brothers. Ride one or a combination of both 3-4 times a week, more if time allows. $320/month.

“Wastin Time” (27) and “Don’t Laugh at Me” (23) live at Portola Pastures in Palo Alto. They are Standardbred geldings who really enjoy trail rides in the Arastradero Preserve (entrance directly across the street from Portola Pastures) but are also happy to be ridden in the arena, and one does some jumping. Full tack is provided. Wastin Time, as sweet as he is, can only be ridden at a walk at this time. Both can be driven as well (I will teach you).

They have fabulous dispositions and are lots of fun to ride or just to hang out with. While ridden primarily English, they go western as well (I have both kinds of saddles). They boys have been with me since age 3, and consider my horses to be part of my family, and as such, I am careful to spend enough time with potential lessees to find a good match.

The minimum lease term is 12 months. This and the price are non-negotiable.
