Located at Millwood Ranch in Pacifica, approximately 25 minutes from San Francisco.

Avadon is a well-schooled Thoroughbred with dressage training and trail experience. He is best suited for a confident, independent rider with solid horsemanship skills who is comfortable handling and riding a sensitive, athletic Thoroughbred.

Lease Options

$400/month – 2 days per week

$300/month – 1 day per week

Tack included

Looking for a rider who:

• Is a strong intermediate or advanced rider.
• Can confidently groom, tack up, ride, and care for Avadon independently.
• Has solid horsemanship skills and good judgment.
• Is reliable, responsible, and committed to a consistent schedule.
• Communicates well and respects established riding days and arrangements.

This is a shared lease, and Avadon may have other leasers riding on different days. Good communication, flexibility, and respect for everyone's scheduled time are important.

Prospective leasers will have an opportunity to meet Avadon and ride him before a lease arrangement is finalized.
