As someone who has been in the equine industry for 15+ years(as a trainer and most recently a farrier)I understand what a hassle keeping up with emails, phone calls, scheduling, billing, etc. can be.
I offer remote(or in person for certain locations) administrative support specifically for equine businesses, helping trainers and barn owners stay organized so they can focus on horses and clients!
Services can include:
• Answering emails and phone inquiries
• Scheduling lessons and managing calendars
• Client communication and follow-ups
• Billing and invoicing support
• Organizing documents, waivers, and records
• Coordinating vet, farrier, and service appointments
• Show entry assistance and paperwork
and anything else you may need help with!
