Looking for a 1 BR, cottage or ADU on your horse property. We can come with or without our retired 19 y/o QH. (He's happy where he's boarded in Petaluma, but we are open to the opportunity to live with him.) We're married, both own our own businesses, have excellent credit and stellar references. Non-smokers, no furry critters, but we'd love to take care of yours. We're financially responsible and have a long history of paying rent on time. We love our current landlord where we've lived for the last 10 years, and understand that his life circumstances have required him to sell.
