NCEFT is seeking a skilled, enthusiastic, and compassionate PATH certified Adaptive Riding Instructor to join our team. This role supports riders of diverse ages and abilities as they build confidence, develop horsemanship and riding skills, and work toward meaningful personal goals. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who is passionate about adaptive riding, committed to safety, and excited to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a PATH Certified Riding Instructor preferred.
Current PATH CTRI certification or ability to complete certification within an agreed upon timeframe.
Experience with a wide range of rider needs and ages, including oversight of group lessons.
Current CPR certification.
Team-player with good communication skills.
