Horse Hallow

Celebrate fall at Horse Hallow, an annual family-friendly celebration hosted by the Presidio Riding Club at Rodeo Valley Stables in the Marin Headlands. Set against the natural beauty of the Headlands, this seasonal gathering brings the community together for a day of horses, hands-on activities and festive fun.

Guests can meet horses dressed in Halloween costumes, enjoy arts and crafts and face painting, take photos with the horses, and browse homemade treats at the bake sale. Families are encouraged to come in costume and enjoy a welcoming event designed for horse lovers and first-time visitors alike.

Horse Hallow also helps support the Presidio Riding Club’s ongoing work to care for its facilities, expand educational opportunities and strengthen its role as a community resource. The Club provides a place for people to learn about horses and horsemanship while building connections with one another and the natural environment. Through partnerships with schools, veterans’ groups and other community organizations, the Club also supports educational workshops and programs that make its facilities and expertise accessible to a broader community. Located in the Marin Headlands, the Presidio Riding Club is a volunteer-operated nonprofit dedicated to horse care, horsemanship and environmental stewardship. As a partner of Golden Gate National Parks, the Club helps connect visitors and local communities with the unique landscape and equestrian heritage of the area.
