Jak Wonderly Photography

Jak Wonderly is an award-winning equine photographer who has been published in many national magazines including National Geographic, and the cover of American Cowboy. He was the media photographer for the world-famous equestrian show Cavalia, and contributed many images to the forthcoming National Geographic book Everything Horses.

While Jak primarily works directly for magazines and businesses (editorial and commercial photography), he offers equine photography directly to consumers. Your session will be a magazine-style production, using some of the same equipment you'd see on the set of a Vanity Fair shoot.

Jak has a natural rapport with animals. He offers competitively priced sessions and product packages because he knows, like you, that there is nothing better than a couple of hours with a horse in golden light.

Based in Sebastopol, California, Jak regularly photographs horses in Sonoma County including Novato, Petaluma, Sonoma, Healdsburg, and Santa Rosa, and is available for sessions throughout California.
