Large well-drained lighted arena for dressage or jumping, dressage mirrors.  Round pen, large turnout fields with seasonal grass.  Trail access on property.

Barn has tack room, automatic under-stall irrigation system, indoor/outdoor grooming, non-slip brick flooring in aisles and courtyard, and automatic fly spray system.

Feeding twice daily, orchard grass or 50/50 alfalfa.  Option for daily turnout, supplements, blanketing, etc.

Individuals, trainers with clientele, or equine therapists welcome.  Trailer parking available.  24 hour boarder access.  Less than 10 minutes to 280.
