This is a private property and not a bustling boarding facility. There are miles of trails accessible from the ranch in both Santa Teresa and Calero parks. Easy access in and out with trailers. Space for tack. There is no power other than solar at the property. This property is best for seasoned pasture folk or those willing to be part of a Co-op situation. This is not a "park and forget" pasture, owners MUST be responsible for their horse(s) and are expected to contribute to chores.
