Boarding opportunity at private facility 1 minute from San Martin Ave/Highway 101 exit. Opening for one horse.  Only three boarders and the property owner with a total of 8 horses maximum. Room for your horse to be a horse. Standard 12x12 matted stall with ajoining 1/4 acre paddock (hotwire fencing). No winter mud with 20’x 20’ landing outside of stall. Feeding 3x day (oat, grass, and alfalfa), supplements fed as supplied, and cleaning daily. Option for turn out with friends in larger field. Full size dressage court, working equitation obstacles, and 60’ covered round pen (olive spring sand footing). Hacking track around perimeter of property. Shared tack room.
