Welcome to Your Oasis in a Chaotic World

After years of keeping our private training facility private, we have decided to make a few spaces available for a select group of people who want full-care, all-inclusive boarding. At the Flying P Ranch, you and your equine partner will enjoy all the amenities you expect to find at a full-scale boarding facility, with the intimate environment you crave. With services and packages designed for the busy equestrian, you can trust that your horse will be happy, healthy, and receive the best care possible while you do you. All care, including feeding and cleaning, is done by us - the trainers who own and built the property. We train, give private lessons, and host clinics, but there are no lesson programs here to interrupt your precious time with your horse. We will be interviewing interested parties to ensure that our personal oasis remains just that for all people and ponies that cross our gates.

All Inclusive Boarding - $1000/month

• Feeding of Grass and or Alfalfa in barn supplied HayChix hay bags 2x/day
• Feeding of owner supplied grain and supplements 1x/day
• Feeding of barn supplied feed through fly control 1x/day
• Filling of interactive treat ball with 1lbs of barn supplied forage pellets - 1x/day
• Cleaning of stall and paddock- 7 days/week
• Individual or group turnout (minimum of 2 hours) - 5 days/week
• Application of barn supplied fly spray - 5 days/week
• Application and removal of owner supplied blankets daily - if desired
• Application and removal of owner supplied fly masks daily - if desired
• Cleaning of water buckets weekly
• White salt, mineral block, and Redmond Rock salt blocks replaced as needed
• Treatment of basic cuts and scrapes as needed
• Administration of basic owner supplied medication 2x/day as needed
• Quarterly fecal tests and barn supplied deworming medication as appropriate
• Secure equipment storage in shared tack room
• Individual outdoor feed storage
• Your own unique access code to the facility and tack room
• Usage of obstacles once certified*
  10% Discount on all De Frates Horsemanship Clinics and free auditing
  *Certification is required in order to use the facility's obstacles. One (1) hour lesson shall be provided, at no cost, to certify any resident that would like to utilize this amenity.
