Riding School Instructor Position-Room to grow!

📍 Position Open: Riding School Instructor – Watsonville, CA

We’re looking for the right person to step into a special role at our hunter/jumper barn in Watsonville — someone who wants to put their heart into a riding school program, teach beginner to intermediate riders, and build something meaningful with horses and students alike.

This isn’t a stepping-stone gig. It’s a long-term opportunity for someone who does not want to work full time and the kind of horse person who:

Finds joy in teaching kids and adult amateurs

Loves watching riders grow in confidence and skill

Wants to be part of a supportive, horse-first culture

Maybe has kids of their own and dreams of their kids being able to ride more

Wants to teach and be around horses — without the pressure of the show circuit

✨ Our vision is to hand the reins of our riding school to someone who truly loves the sport and the barn lifestyle. You’d have the chance to develop the program, shape the culture, and make it your own — with full support from our team, again this is not necessarily a full time position (if you grow the business into that then great!), you will have the support of the other instructors within the schedule.
