Fila is a sweet, forward, and talented 16-hand mare, perfect for an intermediate to advanced rider seeking consistent time in the saddle. She excels on trails and has been ridden extensively both in Colorado and locally. With her curious spirit and affectionate personality, she’s a joy to ride and care for.

About Fila:

• Trail-Ready: Fila is experienced and confident on the trail—navigating hills, creeks, logs, and unfamiliar environments with energy and reliability.
• Arena Background: While currently housed at a location without arena access, Fila has strong foundational training and knows her leads, flying lead changes, and has been started over fences.
• Show History: She has successfully competed in Halter, Showmanship, English Equitation, Pleasure Walk/Trot, English Patterns Walk/Trot, and Walk/Trot Trail.
• Great Ground Manners: Loads easily and stands quietly for vet, farrier, grooming, and tacking.

Lease Details:

• Cost: $390 per month
• Riding Frequency: Up to 3 days per week, with flexibility depending on the schedule
• Term: Initial 6-month lease, then month-to-month
• Upfront Requirement: First and last month’s lease fee due at signing
• Trial Period: 2–3 rides offered to ensure a good fit
• Tack: All tack is provided; personal saddles welcome if properly fitted
