Looking for a wonderful horse to enjoy without the full commitment of ownership? We are offering a 1/2 lease on Smokin Halei (Halei), a lovely 2002 AQHA (Quarter Horse) mare boarded at Westwind Community Barn in Los Altos Hills.

Halei is a sweet and kind 14-hand mare, perfect for a rider looking for a responsive and smooth partner. She is excellent on the trail and knows both English and Western disciplines. Halei is responsive to cues, knows both leads, opens gates, side passes, and pivots.

Lease Details:

-Cost: $390 per month
-Riding Frequency: Up to 3 days per week, with opportunities to ride more as the schedule allows.
-Term: Initial 6-month lease, then month-to-month.
-Upfront Requirement: First and last month's lease costs due upon signing.
-Trial Period: We offer 2-3 rides to ensure a good fit before committing.
-Tack: All tack is provided. You can use your own saddle if it fits properly.
About the Barn:

Halei is located at Westwind Community Barn, which offers two arenas, a dressage arena, and a round pen (no arena lights). You'll also have direct access to Byrne Preserve (55-acre open space) and connections to the extensive Los Altos Hills trail system. Lessons are available through Victoria Dye Equestrian at Westwind, or you can bring your own approved trainer.
