Looking for a special lease partner for my incredible 15.2 hand bay Arabian gelding. This is a unique opportunity for the right rider to connect with a sensitive, spirited, and deeply rewarding horse.

🐎 About the Horse:

He’s western trained with plenty of buttons — a super responsive ride who doesn’t need a lot of pressure to go or steer. He’s forward, full of energy, and never boring. He loves having a job and really shines on the trail, especially in endurance riding.

He does have a sensitive side — he was abused when he was younger, so I’m looking for someone who’s gentle, patient, and has good feel. That said, he’s kind, smart, and wants to please. He listens well and tries hard when he feels safe with you. Not for a total beginner, but a confident intermediate or advanced rider will appreciate his heart and try.

📍 About the Ranch:

Your lease includes access to the beautiful Qadisiyyah Ranch, which means “New Beginnings.”

It’s a 45-acre ranch with a range of high-quality riding spaces and amenities:

All-weather arena & two all-weather round pens

Two additional outdoor arenas and a round pen
A running track
Direct access to trails into the Laguna, perfect for conditioning or peaceful rides out

It’s a peaceful, well-maintained facility that’s perfect for building a strong partnership with this special horse.

📆 Lease Options:

1–3 days/week: $450/month

3–5 days/week: $750/month
Optional off-site riding (including endurance competitions) is available for an additional fee and discussed on a case-by-case basis.

📚 Included:

One required lesson per week (included in lease cost) for the first month — possibly two — to make sure you and he are a good match, and to help you learn his cues and quirks.

🧡 The Right Fit:

This isn’t just a lease — it’s a partnership. I’ll be interviewing potential lessees to make sure it’s the right fit for both of you. He’s a special horse, and I’m looking for someone who will treat him with kindness, respect, and consistency.
