This is a lovely, horse-centered facility run by experienced horsepeople. We take pride in keeping things clean, safe, and functional—and we’re looking for someone who shares those values.
Available barn includes 12+ stalls directly attached to a lighted covered arena - a nice perk during hot summer days, or rainy winters. Features include a hot/cold wash rack, 3 cross tie grooming bays, private tack room, enclosed grain room, and ample storage. The facility also features a large outdoor arena, hay barn, full bathroom, kitchen, multiple turnout options, and trail access.
Silver Oak Stables occupies the other barn on site. We are a relaxed but professional English riding and horsemanship program focused on beginning riders and adult amateurs. We’re a low-drama, horse-first crew who values mutual respect and a good work ethic.
We’d love to share space with a trainer who brings positive energy and runs a well-managed, ethical program. Ideal fit would be an established trainer with a sales or training program in a compatible discipline—English, Dressage, Ranch, or Western performance types are welcome. Not suitable for barrel racing or cutting programs.
This is a sublease through Silver Oak Stables LLC - we manage the property directly, including daily care of facilities and general maintenance.
