All Inclusive Full Care Adult Only Boarding In Gilroy

We have openings at our little slice of heaven and are looking for a couple special boarders who want to live the good life with their horse. Completely full care, all-inclusive, and adult only boarding. Small private facility with great amenities, owned and managed by the trainers who live onsite. We work with you to create a care plan to ensure your horse is living their best. Premium and regularly tested hay: alfalfa and grass hay that consistently tests lower in NSC’s than Teff, fed in the best hay bags on the market. Turn out, blanketing, treating basic wounds, giving medication? Yep; we take care of all that and more. All care is done by us, even stall cleaning, so you can rest assured your horse is being handled professionally. We even do your horse’s fecal tests and deworming quarterly. Seriously, when you do the math, this is the best value out there.

Full and part time training available, but not required. No outside trainers. No large lesson programs. Trainers give private lessons with outside clients, and host the occasional clinic that you can audit for free, or attend with a discount.

All Inclusive Boarding - $1000/month

• Feeding of Premium Grass and Alfalfa in barn supplied HayChix hay bags 2x/day
• Feeding of owner supplied and barn prepared grain and supplements up to 3x/day
• Feeding of barn supplied feed through fly control 1x/day
• Filling of interactive treat ball with barn supplied forage pellets - 1x/day
• Cleaning of stall and paddock- 7 days/week
• Individual or group turnout (minimum of 2 hours) - 6 days/week
• Picking of feet - 6 days/week
• Application of barn supplied fly spray - 6 days/week
• Application and removal of owner supplied blankets daily - if desired
• Application and removal of owner supplied fly masks daily - if desired
• Cleaning of water buckets twice a week
• White salt, mineral block, and Redmond Rock salt blocks replaced as needed
• Treatment of basic cuts and scrapes as needed
• Administration of basic owner supplied medication as needed
• Quarterly fecal tests and barn supplied deworming medication as appropriate
• Secure equipment storage in shared tack room
• Individual outdoor feed storage
• Your own unique access code to the facility and tack room
• Usage of obstacles once certified*
  • Certification is required in order to use the facility's obstacles. One (1) hour lesson shall be provided, at no cost, to certify any resident that would like to utilize this amenity.
