KWPN Gelding 10 Yr Old Half Lease

Kermit, 16.2hh, KWPN, coming 10 in July, is available for an on-site lease. Schooled through 2nd level with changes. Amiable, solid, bigger movement, with more whoa than go. Gives bareback pad lunge line and under saddle lessons to beginner and intermediate riders. Would be suitable for a high beginner or above. Lease is 2 days independent riding and 1 lesson per week. Kermit will be schooled by trainer for upper level work 2 days a week around leaser's schedule. Snaffle or bitless riding. Potential for trail riding at Mt. Madonna and Harvey Bear Ranch with owner twice monthly. Instruction from trainer who has ridden at Osierlea for 25 years. No cram and jam. Owner has time constraints with new work load and other horses. All feed, feet, vet care, and weekly lesson included. Private facility located 1 minute from Highway 101 and San Martin Avenue, 60-foot covered round pen, and full size dressage court.
