I will teach you how to interact with your horse in a safe manner. How to put a bridle on and saddle up your horse. Horses will test you in the beginning and I will teach you how to always be in control and confident when interacting with your horse. I have had horses for the last 25 years. I also rode professionally for 15 years, traveling and competing in barrel racing events through out the U.S. My first horse was a registered Paint horse named Thunder. I was 11 years old and my dad bought me "Thunder" from a horse broker who drugged him to make him appear to be a calm and well mannered horse. When he was trailered to the barn I was keeping him at and the drug wore off and the owner was gone I had a terrified, skittish 4000 lb horse that was scared of everything. I think he kicked me at least 10 times the first week I had him. It was obvious he had been abused but with patience and love he turned out to be an awesome horse. We had a connection and he learned I would never hurt him and that we could trust each other. I won a lot of ribbons on him. I will teach you how to have the same relationship with your horse and how you and your horse can enjoy each other.
