Northern counties bordering Nevada
Least Resistance Training Concepts' technical rescue and evacuation team  is based on the Nevada side of the state line (Lyon County, NV) but  responds to requests from nearby California counties.  Resources include  an ICS compliant Large Animal Evacuation Strike Team, support equipment  including portable panels, water supply unit, incident support supplies,  lighting, etc., staffed by certified large animal responders.
