Rental Exchange for QUALIFIED HORSE HELP

Single Experienced horseperson needed to work part time (15 daylight hours/week) in exchange for small 1 Bedroom apt.  Scenic REMOTE 73 acre farm in San Mateo Co with ocean view.

Jobs includes stall cleaning, ( winter only 5-6 months), feeding, gardening, and some ranch work.  Long term only.

No smoking,  drugs or alcohol problems please. I need a responsible, honest horseperson who enjoys working outside and can follow directions.
