Companion Gelding

Whiskey is an 18 year old bay gelding standing 15.3 hh. He is UTD on all.  Loads in the trailer, stands tied, good for the farrier.  Barefoot.  Whiskey has impaired vision - about 50% in one eye and 30% in the other.  Although broke to ride, it is not recommended due to his vision.  Whiskey lost his home to a fire in 2015 and has been living solo ever since. He can get nervous when it's windy, smoky, or there are sudden loud noises.  He likes other horses and would do best in a herd or with at least one other horse to help him feel safe in these situations.  His current owner is no longer able to care for him.  Currently in Clearlake, CA.  Adoption contract
