Understand how horses think, feel, and move. A two-day, hands-on workshop combining brain science (paint a brain), biomechanics, and riding.
Join experienced equestrian coach Agi Yother (“Ride With Your Mind”) and neuroscientist Dr. Beatrix Krause-Sorio (Stanford School of Medicine) for a two-day, hands-on workshop exploring how neuroscience, biomechanics, and emotional regulation shape equine behavior and performance.
This immersive experience blends science-based education, creative learning, and practical riding tools to help riders better understand how horses perceive stress, process information, and respond to their environment. Day 1 focuses on equine brain science (paint your own horse brain), emotional regulation, and relaxation techniques using art and experiential learning. Day 2 applies these principles through rider biomechanics, body awareness, and under-saddle practice (horses needed only on Day 2).
Designed for kids, parents, owners, instructors, and grooms, this workshop offers simple, effective methods to improve safety, communication, and harmony—on and off the horse.
Bring your own horse ($150) or let us provide one for you ($200).
